Shipping and Delivery
$15 Flat Rate for all orders under $100

After dispatch please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to metro areas, and 10 days for regional areas. We do not require you to be present to receive the goods, however a secure area by your door should be made for any parcel drop off. Please note Atomiser products including EDP Perfume must be sent via rail delivery and this may affect delivery times.
- Shipping is calculated at $80 per $150 spent to account for weight i.e. there is an $80 Flat Rate for all orders spending up to $150. Then there is a $160 Flat Rate for all orders spending between $150 and $300 and so on.
After dispatch please allow up to for 10 working days for international deliveries. International locations are deliverable via physical address only and must be signed on delivery.

Tracking Your Order
We will email you a live tracking number when your goods are in transit so you can view the status of your delivery order online. You can also see details of your order when you are logged in to your account. May need to adjust this to match Shopify interface.
Your delivery will be made from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm local time.
Should this date fall on a public holiday, a redelivery will be scheduled for the following working day.
If your parcel was undeliverable or unclaimed under your address, it may be returned to our head office. In this case, please contact to rebook your order for a redelivery. In these instances, redelivery will be at your expense.
Your delivery order includes insurance to the value of the products purchased on your tax invoice.
If you require additional security for your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed to arrange additional options.
Risk of delivery delay falls under responsibility of the shipping company upon dispatch. Generics will not be held liable for delays however will endeavour to do our best to follow up any issues promptly.
Once the goods are formally delivered, we do not hold responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels, nor undelivered packages where your name or address you have submitted is incorrect.
GST and Customs Tax
All products and shipping purchased through Generics are marked in AUD and include GST for Australian destinations only. International customers are responsible for paying local taxes/ tariff/ custom duty etc. when shipment enters their country.
