Contactless Home Delivery
Order your GENERICS from the comfort of your home and have it delivered straight to your door, with zero contact. Our contactless delivery process means, you'll receive a knock or door bell ring by our courier / driver and your order will be placed by your requested safety drop zone.
We endeavour to have all Perth metro destinations (Located inside 25 km from Perth CBD) delivered within 48 hours of dispatch, no matter what day of the week.
If your address is outside of our 25kms radius, we will add it to a local tracked satchel service, for safe and efficient delivery.
Spend under $99 on an order = $15 Delivery Standard domestic Fee

After dispatch please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to metro areas, and up to 10 business days for regional areas. We do not require you to be present to receive the goods, however a secure drop zone by your door should be made for any parcel drop off. All orders placed, require a physical address - sorry no PO Boxes.
Please note Atomiser products including EDP Perfume or volatile items such as alcohol based sanitiser must be sent via standard domestic service (rail only, no express or international) and this may affect delivery times.
Shipping is calculated at $80 per $150 spent.
After dispatch please allow up to for 10 - 14 working days for international deliveries. International locations are deliverable via physical address only and must be signed on delivery.

Please allow 48 hours to dispatch your goods on all orders. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays may be sent out the following Monday. Sale periods may have delayed dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed your order online, we recommend opting in to receive direct text updates as your order progresses. This can be selected on the order confirmation window, just after you have completed the payment processing step online.
By default we will send all order confirmations and updates directly to your email.
Once goods are ready for dispatch, you will receive a live tracking number so you can view the transit status of your delivery order online. You will be able to access all order history details when you are logged in to your GENERICS online client account.
Delivery Lead Times
Your delivery will be made from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm local time.
Should this date fall on a public holiday, a redelivery will be scheduled for the following working day.
If your parcel was undeliverable or unclaimed under your address, it may be returned to our head office. In this case, please contact to rebook your order for a redelivery. In these instances, redelivery will be at your expense.
We will do our best to ensure your parcel is dispatched on time. However, once your delivery is on its way, we take no liability for refunds due to delayed transit services, beyond our physical and practical control. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly.
Your delivery order includes insurance to the value of the products purchased on your tax invoice. If you require additional security for your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed to arrange additional options.
Risk of delivery delay falls under responsibility of the shipping company upon dispatch. GENERICS will not be held liable for delays however will endeavour to do our best to follow up any issues promptly.
Once the goods are formally delivered, we do not hold responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels, nor undelivered packages where the name or address you have submitted is incorrect.
GST and Customs Tax
All products and shipping purchased through GENERICS are marked in AUD and include GST for Australian destinations only. International customers are responsible for paying local taxes / tariff / custom duties etc. when shipment enters their country.
