POSTAL REFILLS
If you are unable to visit in store, contact us to arrange a custom postal refill.
Cleaned glassware must be posted to us, and return shipping will be arranged.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR CANDLE GLASS
• Wearing protective gloves, remove all wax and wick tabs by dry wipe or gentle scooping. Dispose of wax in the bin.
• If replacing your label, soak and peel off existing label with a damp cloth.
• Fill a plugged sink with hot (not boiling) water and immerse the glass for 10 minutes.
• Rinse, polish, and allow to dry completely.
Bring your cleaned vessel in store for refilling.
TERMS OF REFILL SERVICE
• Refill price list effective 1 March 2026.
• Candle refill prices include one standard cotton wick per vessel.
• Additional items and upgrade options will incur fees where suitable.
• Refill service available to Eco Reward Members.
• Cleaning, glass replacement, or missing lid fees apply where required.
SAFETY
Refilling of BYO glassware is at management discretion.
While we follow best practice pouring temperatures, heat-sensitive glassware may crack or break. We recommend refilling vessels previously used for candle burning.
For non-GENERICS glassware, we do not accept responsibility for breakage, inconsistencies, or replacement value.
