Metro & Regional = $12.95 Flat rate
Transit time = 3-7 business days
We ship domestically with Australia Post & Startrack Express.
We ship to physical addresses and cannot deliver to Parcel collect or PO Boxes.
Re-deliveries will attract an additional shipping fee of $12.95 per attempt.
International Shipping
International = $80 AUD per $150 spend.
Transit time = 14-28 days
We ship internationally with Australia Post.
International orders are deliverable via physical address only and
include signature on delivery.

Click + Collect
Know what you need?
Select Click + Collect at the check out and we'll send you a notification via text when your order is ready for pick up.
Please show your notification / proof of ID upon pick up.
Dispatch Time
Please allow 48 hours to dispatch your goods on all orders. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays may be sent out the following Monday. Sale periods may have delayed dispatch.
Fresh made / Out of stock items may take up to 7 working days for dispatch to allow for production schedules. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to give you an accurate idea of when to expect your items.
Tracking Your Order
By default we will send all order confirmations and updates directly to your email.
Once goods are ready for dispatch, you will receive a live tracking number so you can view the transit status of your delivery order online. You will be able to access all order history details when you are logged in to your GENERICS online client account.
Delivery Lead Times
Please allow 3-7 working days for metro deliveries and up 10 working days for regional deliveries within Australia.
Your delivery will be made from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm local time.
Excludes public holidays.
If your parcel was undeliverable or unclaimed under your address, it may be returned to your local depot for pick up or if unclaimed, redirected to our head office. In this case, please contact to rebook your order, where a redelivery fee payable.
Transit Insurance
Your delivery order includes insurance to the value of the products purchased on your tax invoice. Delivery is managed under the shipping company upon dispatch. Updates can be received directly from the shipping company. Once the goods are formally delivered, we do not hold responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels.
GST and Customs Tax
All products and shipping purchased through GENERICS are marked in AUD and include Australian taxes. International customers are responsible for paying local taxes / tariff / custom duties etc. when shipment enters their country.
