You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations

• Process sales through Shopify POS

• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards

• Assist with stock control, inventory management and replenishment

• Fulfil online orders and maintain inventory accuracy

• Support the daily operation of the store

• Flexible scheduling

About You

• Minimum 2 years retail experience

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Well-presented and professional

• Design-conscious with an appreciation for sustainability, aesthetics and customer experience

Experience in fragrance, lifestyle, arts, design or boutique retail environments is highly valued. Skills in Shopify, inventory management, Canva, Photoshop, social media, visual merchandising or content creation will be advantageous.
