HOW TO USE
We recommend using your Gua Sha after a GENERICS Facial Steam to open the pores and stimulate blood flow.

Massage the Gua Sha onto cleansed skin. Apply your favourite serum or oil to the face to encourage deeper penetration with the Gua Sha. When using the Gua Sha gently glide it along the skin, no additional pressure is necessary. Take care not to tug at your skin, you may like to use a second hand for added support.

Massage in an upwards along the middle neck. Then outwards from the middle of your face along the chin, cheekbone and forehead. Follow outwards and down your brow bone and the outer neck.  Use the smaller end for under eyes and eye lids areas. Go along each area three times in one direction. After a massage your skin will be left slightly more red from the stimulation and blood rising to the surface. Follow with your favourite skincare. Avoid breakouts and broken skin.

For an added stimulation put the Gua Sha in the fridge for 5 minutes before you start your regime.

SKINCARE STORAGE 
Store your Gua Sha on a stable surface in a dry place. Gua Sha are extremely fragile and may break if dropped. Do not use broken Gua Sha.
