This mouthwash works as an oil pulling treatment using the power of charcoal and coconut oil to help break down plaque, tartar and yellow teeth stains much more effectively than regular brushing.
Swish around in your mouth for five minutes a day to reveal sparkling clean teeth and send bad breath packing. Could do with a bit more whitening? The longer you swish, the whiter and brighter your teeth will appear.
HOW TO USE
1. Massage pouch in hands or under warm running water if it feels like the coconut oil has hardened.
2. Put 1-2 teaspoons of oil into your mouth.
3. Swish & swirl oil around for 5-15 minutes
4. Spit oil into bin (not down the drain!)
5. Brush up and smile
